Please note that a minimum 24-hour notice is required for booking cancellation. Any pre-payment will be forfeited if no notice is given for cancellation.

As a courtesy to the following client, we will not be able to extend your time if you do not arrive on time for your appointment.

If it is your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointed time to complete a Health History & Consent Form.
